Precept
Ministries International was established by Jack and
Kay Arthur in 1970 and is based in Chattanooga, TN.
Kay is known around the world as a Bible teacher, author, conference
speaker, and host of national radio and television programs. Her
Precept Inductive Bible Study Courses have been translated into
70 languages, reaching 150 countries.
